The rules of the court.

These terms govern your use of the SMASHIO app and smashio.com.au ("Service"), operated from Sydney, Australia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to use SMASHIO.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else or misrepresent your skill tier.

Using SMASHIO

• SMASHIO connects players to games and courts. We don't own or operate the courts and venues listed.
• You're responsible for your own conduct, safety, and any fees owed to venues when you show up to play.
• Hosts are expected to run games fairly and honestly; players are expected to show up if they commit to a game.
• Repeated no-shows, harassment, or abuse of other players may result in a lower reliability score or account suspension.

What's not allowed

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour toward other players.
• Using SMASHIO for anything unlawful, or to advertise unrelated goods or services.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.
• Creating fake games, fake accounts, or manipulating ratings and reliability scores.

Content you post

You keep ownership of profile photos, game descriptions, and other content you post. By posting it, you give us a licence to display it within the Service to run games and matching. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put other players at risk, or abuse the Service.

Disclaimers

SMASHIO is provided "as is." We don't guarantee games will be available, that other players will show up, or that any court or venue is safe or suitable. Playing badminton carries inherent physical risk, and you play at your own risk. We're not liable for disputes between players, or for the conduct of players or venues.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify active users in-app or by email before it takes effect.
